Achievements:
1. A number of 1263 legal services were provided during 2002. They included the issuance of personal ID cards, birth certificates, changing residence and other services.
2. 39 cases were adopted in the period from 1st of October 2003 to 1st of April 2004.
3. The year 2003 included a number of 1000 legal services that varied from changing names to changing residence and other services.
